"I grew up surrounded by connection and community, shaped by my dad’s role as a rural headmaster. His ability to create trust and spark meaningful conversations stayed with me.

Later, working in the engineering sector, and married to an engineer, I saw that technical issues weren’t the biggest blockers to success. It was the human ones.

When COVID disrupted everything, the call for deeper collaboration grew louder. That’s when Beautiful Minds took flight.

Meet Our Founder -
Ffion Jones

Ffion designs coaching programmes that improve collaboration and high-value team performance in engineering and infrastructure.​ As a CIPD-accredited coach, she supports teams to lead with purpose and adopt authentic behaviours - especially under pressure.
​
Her experience spans HS2, Smart Motorways, Victoria North, Calder Valley, major reservoir JV teams, and board-level leadership groups.
​
Ffion also leads workshops for Behavioural Assessment Centres (BACs), helping teams show up at their best when it matters most.

An award-winning BBC and CBC/Radio Canada broadcaster, Honor specialises in training individuals and teams to deliver compelling pitches as part of the work-winning process. This includes performance training for Behavioural Assessment Centres. Honor is also a published international author and editor.
