Discovery Calls


We speak with a selection of team members in confidence using a shared set of questions. This builds trust, surfaces team-wide patterns, and creates a reflective space ahead of the first coaching workshop.
 

Diagnosis and Design


Insights from discovery calls are analysed and used to shape a bespoke workshop that meets your team’s specific needs. We co-create a focused and targeted coaching approach.
 

Kick-off Team Coaching Workshop


An in-person session designed to build psychological safety, deepen connection, and align around a shared ‘one team, one goal’ vision. We use real-time feedback and behavioural observation to guide open, honest team conversations that unlock performance.
